Dr@Hakeem - Application Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Terms of Use

• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ mobile app requires your Access Code, Verify Code, and Electronic Signature, to provide you with your patients’ data.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ provides full details about the patient’s medical history, which already exists on the Hakeem database such as vital signs, allergies, problems, laboratory tests, radiology reports, medications and any other information added to the electronic health record.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ Tracks down patients’ medical appointments and updates through the smartphone, based on the already existing information.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app will not use or share any of the patients’ private information with any person/authority unless consistent with the privacy policy.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ will not ask for financial transactions and records under any condition.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ is owned by Electronic Health Solutions Company; a non-profit private company, and any attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged and the company will take legal actions.

Privacy Policy

• Securing your account’s information is your sole responsibility. Please do not share your Account and/or personal information with any person/authority.
• It is important to protect your account on the app in the best possible way, as it contains personal and private information that must not be shared with anyone/ authority.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ data is confidential and must not be stored in any form (text, note, image … etc.)
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app will not work on rooted devices.
• To Ban any unauthorized users, your account will be locked after three times of entering wrong information and can be retrieved following the Hakeem system protocols.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app is only an information providing tool that delivers the saved information available on the 'Hakeem electronic medical records database'.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disclosure of your patients’ personal information that might occur due to dereliction or app misuse.
• ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app is available and can only be used in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and ruled by its legal procedures and conventions.
• The information resulting from using ‘Dr@Hakeem’ app will be used to serve Electronic Health Solutions (a non-profit private company) for statistics or/and supporting legal obligations only and will not be used for any other reason no matter what, and the company will dismiss them after a certain period of time.
• You are solely responsible for any damage, loss, or breach that may result due to breaking these Terms of Use or practicing any of the prohibited activities referred to above, and recognizes that the Electronic Health Solutions Company assumes no liability to you or any other party for any loss or breach or damage of this nature.
• You must not tarnish the reputation of patients, abuse or harass them by publishing, advertising, or distributing any information that causes defamation or violate the taboos and legal rights.
• This privacy policy will be updated regularly and you will be notified when issuing the new policy on the app.
